By accessing or using Renas AI ("the Service"), operated by Renas AI ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Renas AI is an AI-powered content creation platform that provides access to multiple AI models through a unified interface. Our Service includes, but is not limited to:

• AI Text Generation: Blog posts, articles, social media content, and marketing copy powered by GPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI models.
• AI Image Generation: Creating and editing images using AI-powered tools.
• AI Chat: Conversational AI assistants with customizable personas and multi-model support.
• Blog Wizard: Multi-step guided blog post creation with AI assistance.
• Asset Management: Storage and management of generated content and uploaded files.
• API Access: Programmatic access to our AI features via REST API, including WordPress integration.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, or in violation of these Terms.

Renas AI operates on a credit-based system within subscription tiers. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the following:

Credit System

• Each AI operation (text generation, image generation, chat message, etc.) consumes a specific number of credits based on the model and complexity.
• Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription tier and reset at the beginning of each billing cycle unless rollover is enabled by your plan.
• Unused credits may expire at the end of the billing cycle depending on your subscription plan. Check your plan details for specifics.

Subscription Tiers

• We offer multiple subscription plans with varying credit allocations, features, and pricing. Plan details are available on our Pricing page.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to modify plan features, pricing, and credit allocations with reasonable notice.

Free Tier

We may offer a free tier with limited credits and features. The free tier is subject to usage limits and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Additional credit packages may be purchased as one-time transactions.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 14 days of a charge for refund consideration.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your subscription.
• Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend access to premium features until the payment issue is resolved.

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, store, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory.
• Infringes on intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.
• Contains malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or damage computer systems.
• Involves spam, phishing, or any deceptive practices.
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups.
• Involves sexually explicit material involving minors.
• Attempts to impersonate another person, entity, or AI system.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, algorithms, or source code of the Service.
• Uses automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable usage or circumvents rate limits.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

When using our AI features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before use.
• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Using AI-generated content that infringes on third-party rights or violates laws is your responsibility.
• No Professional Advice: AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other form of expert advice.
• Content Moderation: We may implement content filters and safety measures that prevent the generation of certain types of content. These filters are designed to comply with AI safety guidelines and applicable laws.
• Model Availability: The availability of specific AI models may change without notice due to updates, maintenance, or changes in third-party provider agreements.

Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, branding, and technology, is owned by Renas AI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of original content you create or upload to the Service (e.g., prompts, uploaded images, documents). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content Ownership

Subject to these Terms and applicable laws, you are granted rights to use AI-generated content created through your use of the Service for personal and commercial purposes. However, the same or similar content may be generated for other users, and we cannot guarantee exclusivity of AI outputs.

You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, create, store, or share through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize us to process it.
• Your content does not violate the rights of any third party, including privacy, publicity, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
• Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• The results obtained from the use of the Service will meet your requirements.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RENAS AI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any AI-generated content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renas AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) your User Content, including any AI-generated content you publish or distribute.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
• We may delete your account data, generated content, and uploaded files after a reasonable retention period (typically 30 days).
• You may request an export of your data before account termination by contacting our support team.
• Any outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Cancellation of a paid subscription does not automatically delete your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
